This machine does not give anything under $20. So you're forced to take more than you want. I wish that they would put mini petitions between each machine and bank tellers. I would like to feel a little more secure. I've been to other branches and they have many petitions. Thank you
Every time I come in here there are new people working here or no one working at all. Why is this branch unable to retain employees? Long wait times, long lines, and they removed security so you also have to worry about getting harassed by panhandlers

Somebody In This location im guessing a worker by the way they are hesitant on not checking the cameras keep using scamming cards taking money out of peoples accounts using their atm I already called and filed a police report and the person who picked up the phone said they can’t check cameras ?! Not even with police involved.?!! How is this possible ?? I’m moving forward with my investigation because this issue needs to be resolved I wish somebody get in contact with me .
Aweful service. They have about 5 or more offices but just one single person helping people. I've been here for over an hour. I'm giving one star because there's no way to give none.
I left MCU to do business with Citibank and it is the worst decision I have ever made with a bank. I opened a checking and savings account on 4/8 and transferred all my money with a few days and set up direct deposit. On 4/14/22, I was blocked from seeing my account online only. Called a representative to find out that my account was “under review “ and was suspended for 3 business days. Here it is 8 days later and a representative told me they needed more time with the “investigation.” I can’t Zelle money to my landlord or my daughters, stuck with a temporary debit card and never received the permanent one that was due on 4/19 but it’s 4/21!! Let’s see how the complaint I made to the NYS Attorney General works out for them and their shady business dealings.
Why do black neighboods get less service when it comes to retail banking but are charged the same fees. This branch is heavily used and there is not enough staff to help customers. Also, the atms are running out of cash. Two of six have no cash. The good news is the staff are friendly and try to be helpful.
The absolute worst service I have experienced!!.Why does it take 40 minutes to see a teller. And manager in a meeting. Get ya azz out the meeting to help you staff. If this was Manhattan, this would never happen.
The worst bank in New York. If u have to go to to ask a question, u v to wait 8 hours if they let u see an employee, they may tell u oh run out time come tomorrow after waiting those 8 hours. One employee only to serve all clients.
