TD Bank

I've never entered this bank & find it crowded, that's in the am hrs. Never went there in the pm hrs so I can't talk on that but customer service is always good for me whenever I go.. in all its a good bank never had any problems in there.

The customer service representative that was supposed to handle my account was extremely disrespectful. Imagine trying to open an account and the representative won’t show you whats on the screen. The manager who manages this bank please try to find more friendly people because my experience was very, very upsetting.

Terrible operations. Couldn’t simply provide me a letter which stated I OWN that account.

Cordelia was amazing. The most helpful banker I’ve ever met especially at this bank. If you have any financial needs make sure to seek her out.
