Started going to this branch after the Jamaica ave location closed. Great service. My only gripe is the wait time for a new card has to change … far too much time.

Nice office with friendly and competent staff. Location is convenient. Take public transportation. Not easily accessible if you're driving.

This place is ridiculous!! You have to wait 10 business days for a new debit card in the year 2019!! Any other bank print your card same day!! So im out of funds for the whole weekend because no tellers .
i never knew this bank was black owned!!!!!
