Chase Bank

I was so impressed with every worker at this location. Tellers as well as security all greeted everyone warmly and service was on point. I usually go to the Chase on Montague Street and have never had as good an experience. Kudos to the entire staff at Chase near CitiPoint!

OMG I'm here now & EVERY NEGATIVE THING SAID ABT THEM IS TRUE. THE security guard is the only professional one here. She's even helping people at the ATM. If you ask me she needs to be a manager. The guy who opened my account is just.......I have no words. I bank here because it's convenient for me.

I stopped bank today to help me with some checks. There was a really teller or bank that began with T or her name could been tam something Sorry could not read her name tag well but she was very helpful. Thank you!!

If there whould be zero stars I would give that. The facility smells like pee,there was a women at the door who instead of welcoming you warmly act like a police officer even harsly commanding to take out your card on time. Now I understand Friday afternoon rush,but I do not filth and bad I mean really bad manners.
