I have had a great experience at this bank. The managers and tellers are responsive to questions; they follow up with you; and in general they are just very nice. It has a neighborhood atmosphere, which extends to their email communication.
The person who helped me was very helpful with each and every details and knows what she is doing.
Poor customer service. Inattentive. Gave me incorrect information resulting in loss of time and money.
