With all my visits, professionalism has been the social standard. Can get busy in there, but it is well handled. Clean and organized.
I am tired of this bank now,u calling for days now,and you holding for hours to get someone to answer your call ,when I first became a member its was wonderful now lord please, need to know where my money went from them to security mutual
At Jay st. Location. Had to make an appointment to reset my login info because no one ever picks up the phone. The actual branch is down the block and inside a courthouse and upstairs. Feels more like a villains hideout than a bank seeing how well they hid it.
Antiquated system. These people operate in the Stone Age and lack quality customer service. Extremely long lines. Horrible experience.
There's always either only 1 or 2 tellers behind the glass.... or every human being in the bank is back there and still only 3 maaaaaybe 4 tellers assisting customers. The wait time is disgusting pre-covid. The only time I've ever seen them move fast is the last 30 minutes before closing.
I wish that I could give it No star but I had to it it in order to write the review. This is the worst branch ever. Talk about attitude! If you don’t like your job than change it. They act as if you are bothering them. Like stay home or something. You should be lucky to at least have a job.
Its close too my house and very convenient
