I requested an ORIGINAL bank statement for a specific month; they printed several months bank statements with out signed or stamped. When I asked "Are these original copies? I can print out from the online bank myself". The banker said, yes, they are original. I have no words to say. Worst services! No professional at all. Waste of my time waiting for the piece of paper.
After banking for 6years with them, today was the 2nd time I went to this location, and its time for me to change my bank. I Asked the 3 agents standing together infront of the office, about how i can cash out a large sum of money. They all laughed at me and asked how large the amount was more than how much any of those agents earn in half a year. I was pointed towards the teller. The teller took out all 100s in public where 10 other people was standing behind me on the line. I requested, the staff to kindly take this transaction to one of the booths where they take you first time you open up an account with them. They rejected my request and told me this is the only place where i can take/count my money. So i took the envelopes filled with cash and shoved them in my jacket, pretending to walk out anonymously. I am pretty sure half the bank knows how much money i took out as it was the largest cash out today after being publicaly announced. There are some manners and show of respect that people learn from their parents or mentors but for some, even dauntless training cannot compensate for their lack of common sense, regardless you put them in a suite. I am sorry to say I wont bank with Bank of America anymore. I wish you guys best of luck.
Doing the best they can. Yes there is a line, yes the place may be chaotic, but the manager Alex tries her best and deserves some encouragement.
I went to this office because it was not so far from the place I live. BUT!!! That was the best experience I had ever. Manager Braulio was extremely helpful with my accounts, he explained me every single step and how to save my money. This guy is really professional and he is on his place. I have visited some offices in Manhattan, but personnel there was not so good. If anyone from the Bank of America Administration is reading my feedback then please do something with your other offices as they could do their job as Mr. Braulio does. Thank you! P/S they have free and very fast Wi-Fi
The wait Is ridiculous. Im Just here for A temporary card the way Im waited so long I could of just Waited for my card in the mail . The Worst Experince of my life they cant even tell you how long the wait is .
If I can give this Bank a negative I would, this is the worst bank I ever had to deal with in my entire life but Its not just this Bank, its every Bank of America anywhere, they are disgusting they aren't in contact with each other I tired to close my fathers bank account and they made it a long process and ended up stealing my fathers money and MY TIME, I BEG YOU PLEASE DO NOT USE ANY BANK OF AMERICA ANYWHERE
I always go there and most of the employee are not there , they are always on lunch , less staff , very slow , especially that location is always on peak hour and always busy . They need to increase the staff so People will get quickly assistance with no long waiting and complain . The staff is nice though ....
There is always a long line! Not even a customer service representative to make this transition seem easier!
