Really friendly and helpful staff. They always have dog treats when I bring my dog with me. The only issue, which I’m not sure can be helped, is there is often a long line for the ATMs. At least one of them seems to always be out of service

There was a bit of a hang up with cashing some checks but everything was taken care of the best way possible. There was also a bit of a line. Very busy branch.

Very nice service but they made wait for 40 minutes and I was the only one there at 9:30 am. If you ever go there, tell them that you are in rush- They might help you right away. :-/

Best bank and great staff

Stellar service! I went there to make an international balance transfer, and the staff were very quick and attentive. In and out in 10-15 mins. Thanks for your professionalism!

Kevin Santiago- great customer service, speedy, very friendly and very willing to find out answers and make phone calls to various entities to the best info for questions asked. Very pleasant experience with him. In need of a credit card? HE IS YOUR GUY.

Window tellers are fine but the back room staff give conflicting information, cannot provide basic information about their services and fees, and often give information that may be wrong. Shocking incompetency.
