TD Bank

I walk in and was seen right away. I needed a new card and got one with 6 minutes of my arrival. My customer service representative was great!! He was super nice and the security guard!!! Simply Amazing

It’s sunny and hoooot ,and we are waiting too long. I don’t think the employees inside the cold place do recognize how much it’s frustrating!!!!!

Refused to close account, despite having proper identification, checking account number, and other identifying information.

That bank needs more diversity doesn’t feel welcoming at all. Staff there is unprofessional and accused my son for fraud. Personal banker with blonde hair and glasses.

Slowest service of all branches. TD is no longer the most convenient bank

if your here for a service rep. go to another branch or be prepared to wait at least 30 mins for someone.

Massive line just to deposit a check. There are no tellers available and service isn’t great.

This branch is terrible

In and out and was welcomed multiple times. Thanks for doing customer service the right way!
