Chaz Limited Collision Express

Went to Chaz to have a minor scratch fixed on a newer vehicle. Front counter was promp. Assessor was "very" thorough which I appreciate I believe his name was Brandon. All in all my experience with Chaz had been amazing. They were very professional and did extremely high quality work. I very much appreciate their dedication to customer service in these times after COVID-19. Hard to find a quality place that does quality work. These are my guys for all body work going forward. The work was for a BMW headlight assembly replacement. They said they had to order it and let me know when it came in to schedule an appointment. Never received a call back and eventually called them. Front desk told me that the part was in but the scheduler would call me back but never did. Called back to find out there was a date to bring in my car. Closer to the date, never received confirmation. Dropped off car the night prior with a key Dropbox. For a quoted 2 hour job, I was expecting the car to be done by end of business but never received a call. Finally received a call the next mid-day. Went in to pay for the car and pick it up but they lost the car keys and took about 45 minutes to find that they placed the keys in the wrong folder. Wow! Just wow! I would not get any work done here as they are so unorganized.

This is my unfortunately 4th time bringing my car to Chaz's due to car accidents. But every time I come, my experience is a 10++++. I love the updates on Tuesdays & Thursdays. I love that my car comes out always 10 times better than It came. I would never go anywhere else Thanks Chaz for always going above and beyond.Services: Painting

First, I showed up at this location instead of their other one where I had my appointment. They managed to keep me from feeling like a complete fool and worked to fit me into their schedule. I was there to get an estimate on some auto body work. They were fantastic! The quote was extremely detailed and even provided a listing of every recall ever issued for the car. I went to other places with the same quoting software who opted not to include the same level of information...I was impressed. Further they went through the entire quote line by line to explain why the repair might be needed and how I might save money. They also guarantee their work, at times even when using after market parts. Their waiting area was comfortable and the view of the Merrill Field runway helped the time pass quickly while they were putting the paperwork together. We aren’t getting the work done right now used car and we can’t justify the expense. However, if we were moving ahead, we would certainly trust Chaz Limited to do the work!

These people know what they are doing and they do it well! I was very pleased with both the finish product and the timely updates along the way. As well as the excellent customer service and support. I was also blown away by the short turn around time of my repair. I will definitely be using them in the future for any other body and paint needs!Services: Painting

I got into a car accident January 6th. Throughout the entire process this company was so kind to me. From Brent who gave me consistent updates and even helped out with additional questions to the customer service from the rest of the team to even the day I picked up on March 31 and saw how beautiful my car looked…. I am beyond happy. I wish I could rate more than 5 stars! Thank you so much!!! I highly recommend this place! Especially after a car accident and you need repairs.
