MINI of Anchorage opened in April 2013 approximately 6 months after an official groundbreaking ceremony that marked the end of the epic MINI Major Road Trip from Portland, OR. MINI has arrived and Alaska will never be the same. MINI of Anchorage, near the surrounding areas of Anchorage, Midtown, Tudor, Spenard, and North Star Alaska, features a wide selection of new MINI and pre-owned MINI cars and SUVs. Our inventory includes new models such as the MINI Cooper Hardtop, Cooper S Convertible, MINI Cooper Clubman and Cooper Countryman. You can get your Cooper S Clubman in Laser Blue Metallic and your Cooper S Convertible automatic in Chili Red with a black leatherette interior. MINI of Portland also has MINI Next certified pre-owned MINI cars, vehicles that meet the MINI brand's demanding standards for quality and pass a meticulous certification process.

Having tried shopping around for cars in Anchorage. Mini has been more transparent and honest than their competitors. Super happy with Mini Cooper S. Ask for Mel.
The customer service is always fantastic. Both MINI and BMW both go out of their way to make sure your needs are more than met. Both the sales and service teams have always taken care of us exceptionally well. There is no other dealership that compares in Anchorage. They even do a quick detail on your car after service.
Be EXTREMELY cautious of any real assistance after anything more than a couple days after you drive off the lot. Don't excuse their friendliness for anything more than getting your paycheck. Getting a car through here was my biggest regret as a purchase, and there is something tremendously wrong if your car is having problems with its drivetrain, chassis, losing most of the horsepower, and starts shaking the car, and they basically say try this or this, and keep making your payments on the failing new car. You lose.
Don and his team are fantastic. They have always done solid work on my Paceman S, and even do little acts of kindness here and there. If you own a Mini, just go here. They have a free shuttle service. The service staff are informative and polite. The showroom floor is always fun to browse. Prices are as expected: a bit high.
Nice clean showroom. It takes about 2 hours to process all the paperwork to buy your car so when they offer you a coffee or soda....accept it. You'll be there a while. Bathroom is very clean. They sell BMW swag, too. Friendly personable sales force.
Mark was a huge help. He got me into the exact vehicle I wanted. Was fair on the negotiation and even helped me get the best value for my buy. Very professional group here. Thank you for the help. Highly recommend this dealer for new and used vehicles!
My appt took a little while than expected but the guys at BMW made sure I was taken care of and were kind to offer me coffee while I wait. I also love they offer courtesy wash anytime I need it. This is why their service is unbeatable. Thank you.
I bought my Mini from these guys two years ago. Love, love, love the car. HATE the customer service. My car has been giving me overdue service reminders for a few months now and I have left numerous phone messages for the service department with no, and I mean ZERO response from anyone. I guess you have to keep calling over and over at all hours of the day until someone down there forgets where they are and actually answers the phone. I hope against all odds to one day actually receive, you know, SERVICE from the service department, but at this point I'm still waiting.
WONDERFUL AND SPECTACULAR!!! GREAT EXPERIENCE........The sales team, sales manager and finance team made me feel at home. Smooth process and it was the quickest amount of time its ever taken for me to buy a car from a dealership. Usually dealership experiences are terrible but this process worked out seamlessly. My car was nice and clean, 5 stars for Larry Pace and his excellent sales team.
Really nice sales purchase experience at Anchorage Mini and I LOVE MY MINI! I worked with Bob Mills and his knowledge about minis and test drive thoroughness really helped me understand the full capability of the car. Bob put no pressure on me and made buying the car fun. I’d recommend this dealership, particularly Bob Mills to anyone. Thanks Mini if Anchoage team!
