We went to their other Anchorage location and they didn't have time to do an estimate, but the lady called this location and told them we were on our way. We got there, she took pics and we were on our way only to receive an estimate in our e-mail later the same day.

Excellent customer service and communications.  Faster repair than expected. After repair,  they vacuum and washed my car!
