Can't speak for the food as I never received it but have been charged for it. There was a power outage an hour before we ordered. Once the power came back I placed an online order. Showed up and all lights were on, but not a single employee was there. Burgers laying on an assembly line abandoned. People coming thru drive thru and leaving with no service. Now trying to get my $27 back with corporate office. Can't call the restaurant directly as it goes to a private residence, other locations phone is disconnected. If I don't have a refund by Monday I will have to dispute with my bank.
Fries was very soggy didn’t really have any drinks so had to go to a nearby store to get one burger was roughFood: 1/5
In town for a tournament and needed some dinner. This was close to the hotel and we enjoy the Rally's locations closer to home. This was a decent stop but nothing special. The service could have been friendlier but the food was hot. The line did not move very fast either but that was not the end of the world.
It was ok food, they took forever to get my order and then they gave me the wrong burger
My mom just order some wings from up there a few minutes ago. As soon as I was almost done I looked at the piece that I bit and it was pinkish red but the fries were good.
Food was good but people working there were just cursing up a storm and very unprofessional. The lady got my order wrong because she was all on her cell phone trying to take my order at the walk up window. Please put the cell phone down and focus on the customers.
Worst experience I've had with fast food in a while. My order was not correct, but my biggest issue was the terrible service. My receipt was exactly how I wanted my food, but I guess the cook was rushing when my order was made. These employees fixed my order, but the attitude and frowns on their faces made me feel like I did something wrong. I hadn't eaten that day, so that was my meal. As upset as I was, I kept my cool. People are not worth my energy. I'll spend my money where it's appreciated.
I like going here when I want a good burger. But sometimes they don't take the coupons. They say the machine is always down to not accept them . That's very sad. I have to drive around the city sometimes to find the one that does.Food: 4/5
Showed up to find no staff inside the building. Found the staff outside not in uniform smoking Marijuana, and when I asked if someone worked there they gave me a dirty look. Decided to order anyway because there food is normally good and we were on the road from Pensacola and very hungry. The young lady wouldn't remove her phone from her head while taking my order. When I went to pay they under charged me for my order but over charged my daughter for hers. The burger wasn't cooked all the way and was put in the wrapper inside out.Very bad experience and will never stop in this location again. I plan on calling the franchise as well.
EDIT8/8/23: I just want to say that I did as requested by Checkers in their reply, and it was a waste of my time. Apparently those are just a weak attempt at appearing as if they care to remedy the situation. ORIGINAL: So we pulled up last night behind five or six cars in line. Gradually each car placed an order and pulled to the window until we were at the speaker/menu. Expecting a skeleton crew at 11:30pm, it was not an issue for me that each car ahead of me received their order and left before anyone asked to take my order. Admittedly, when asking about getting a slush as the beverage in my combo, I misunderstood the guy three times. The intercom was cutting in and out and my husband was having the same problem I was with understanding what we were being told. So Employee repeats himself a third time, literally saying "look lady what don't you understand.." at which point my husband placed the rest of the order. We don't hear another word from the intercom. By this point there are several cars pulled up behind us and I don't know if the speaker has just crapped out for the last time or what, so we wait for them to indicate anything at least another twenty minutes. It's only when a vehicle behind us honks that Employee hops back on the intercom just to threaten to call the cops if we are going to continue to hold up the line. This is after almost an hour of trying to communicate our order and 30 minutes of dead air. Whether we were ignored or it was the result of equipment malfunction, I don't know but I do know that he had no problem threatening to call the cops on us. If not for the parade of people in line behind us, I would have loved to have seen those employees explain to the police how we tried to place an order. Instead we just made sure to catch the employees in the video we had started recording way back at "look lady," and pulled off. I still think we should have waited around for the police so we could call in a tip to the local news. "Couple of white folk hold up Checkers last night" would have been a hilarious headline.
