Do not except any subway coupons, one worker had pants on that looked like he's been wearing them 3 months. I asked for my salad chopped the worker said "We don't do that anymore" with a rude tone. I'm on a cane because of a car accident that required a 6 month stay and I just wanted a salad. I didn't Realize until I got home that my salad was made with old slimy spinach. The trash it went and money wasted.
Lovely experience majority of the time. The last few times were packed with people, most of which were not in compliance with the mask mandate that was in place. Out of several items. Where do I start in line basically first in line took a minute for someone wait on me so other people's came in the the short dark skin lady rush to serve them talking like they were friends I said not trying to be rude I'm carrying a oxygen tank can we complete my order the dark skin lady and her friends looked at me like I was crazy so a guy finished my order rudely he said ready for check out the dark skin lady made me wait 5 minutes before she checked me out very rude they say devil is not real yes it is it work in that subway oh and her friend tried to skip me
Good food and nice process customer service is one of the better I have seen almost anywhere. The food is fresh and served fresh. They don't leave did sitting all day. I have witnessed then change good out because it had been unused for several hours.
Ice was being self served out of a small lunch bucket sized cooler with the scoop on the top ... Really And the bacon made my nephew sick
Attitudes from the bright young lady was not nice. She was ordering around her coworker and not paying attention to her own task at hand and ended up burning my sandwich to a crisp in the oven box. Smh this was on last Sunday at Elvis Presley location next to Debo's chicken. Update June 2020 Attitude still terrible and this is NEW Staff. Skimping on ingredients but charging the same prices. I give up .
Subway is my #1 tuna sub shop. I love the friendly employees at the 4405 Elvis Presley Blvd location. The food is always fresh and the service is always excellent! A+ 5*****

Didn't like the sanitary practices. One young person with his pants hanging down below his underwear was sweeping the floor then turnaround to complete my order without washing his hands. Just nasty.
I always Receive Great service and fresh, delicious food from this location on Elvis Presley in Memphis, TN. I bypass serval locations from Bartlett, TN, where I live to this location, which is close to my business. The service with a smile that I always Receive is the icing on the cake. Thanks again.
