Another above average Taco Bell establishment. Lobby was nice and clean along with the bathrooms. Self Service kiosk was functional and crew interaction was polite and unobtrusive. Food was surprisingly well made. Everything was fried perfectly and portioned properly. I don't usually make reviews but I feel like the owners of this Taco Bell need to hear this. I ordered lunch at 11:48 on the Taco Bell app to be picked up at 12:00. I arrived at 12:03 to pick up my food inside the restaurant and I didn't get my food till 12:25 which is ridiculous. The whole time I'm waiting there's a male employee sitting out in the restaurant on his phone and there's a female employee just standing there talking to the other employees. I bet I stood at the counter for 8 minutes before the older lady that works there asked if I needed help. I order on the app every time I go here and the service is sometimes good but most of the time bad but this day I've decided that I'm done eating here for a while. One time I ordered food to be picked up inside at 12:00 and when I arrived to go inside they had the doors lock to the restaurant. When I knock on the door to tell them I'm here to pick up my food they let me in. At that point I saw an employee mopping the floor. I mean come on WHO CLOSES THE INSIDE OF A RESTAURANT RIGHT AT THE 12 O'CLOCK LUNCH TIME RUSH.

Doors locked at 4pm no signs on door. Guy inside just shook his head “no”. Big sign outside that says dining room open. Very strange sketchy feeling.

50/50 At best they'll get your order right and the dining room is usually locked even though it says its ooen. Staff seems to have a pretty nasty attitude towards the customers most of the time. Other than the, the food is what you would epxect.

Fast service that was spot on, and we didn't have to repeat our order 20 times for then to get it right! Service was as refreshing as the food and drinks.

You should always check your order before pulling off. They almost always leave something out of your order. Always. Then they give you that look if you check your bag. Parking: It's decent.

This location has decent service and it moves pretty quick. The real reason for so many stars is the quality of the food they serve. This Taco Bell always has fresh food and great rarely gets an order wrong. I’ve ordered the steak power bowl multiple times and the quality each time is outstanding. The steak is really good for a fast food restaurant as well.

I've gotten the perfectly cooked Mexican pizza. Not just once... The wait wasn't long. Friendly service... Nice and clean ...Food: 5/5

The man who takes orders at night really needs to start paying attention. Everything I said I didn’t want I have. Terrible today really needs to start checking food instead of just throwing things in the bag

Worst service EVER! My receipt says that the cashier is Brianna. However, the person taking the orders over the speaker and cashier at the drive thru told me that her name was "Keisha". Keisha was incredibly rude and hateful. I'd ordered on the app to this address for pickup and was told that, "We ain't got no orders over here! You can drive up the road and pick it up there!" I asked the address to this location and she concurred that I had the correct address but I couldn't get my food there. So, I told her that I'd already paid online and could I simply give the order then. She replied, "Naw, not unless you pay again at the window!" So, I began to give my order and was interrupted, "I just said that we ain't get no order here! I told her that I understood and just would order then. As I gave my order down to the drink, she again interrupted, "We ain't got no drinks. You cain't get that." I asked if I heard correctly and if I could get a water instead. Keisha told me,"No, we ain't got no drinks at all!" I got my food and left. She didn't say, thanks, nice night or anything! Moral of the story: This person, because I don't want to be rude, was horrible in every way! She didn't even look friendly or kempt. Her wig was matted and her clothing off-putting. I don't typically like fast food and this is another reason why. I was visiting the area and had just arrived from San Diego. Horrible first impression and horrific service. I'd steer clear of this location as long as this individual is employed there.
