Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen

Bring back the Chicken and Waffles. It was my favorite. A couple years ago it was on the menu but alas, no longer. There are lots of of other good items to choose from but I don't have a go to item any longer. My daughter likes the salmon. There are often long waits here. I have often eaten at the bar to sneak past the line. The do have some good drinks here too and the bartenders and wait staff have always been friendly.

My family and I took my mother to Cheddar's for dinner. The wait time was ridiculous. We waited 3 hours to be seated because they lost our place on the list. Not only did we wait 3 hours to be seated, we also had to wait another 45 minutes to get our food. On a positive note, the food was great and the waiters was excellent. Would I come back or refer Cheddar's to someone? Absolutely NOT!!!!!!!!

Mother's Day 2018. One of the worst days of my life. I go to pick up an order for my sister because it's Mother's Day. So I get there, unfriendly staff, poor sanitation and condescending looks that make you think am I at a place where they care about customers. I waited about 15 minutes for them to tell me that they didn't have my order. My sister called it in and they said it would be 45 minutes. I waited an hour just to make sure. It took over an hour and 30 minutes for them to get my food. Oh yeah the chocolate cake that she ordered-they were out. She gave me and she was a manager the worst cake I have ever seen in my life. I have never eaten here. Now, I never will. My sister who used to eat here once a week is never going back. All of my family said they would never go back. Guess what the manager never apologized at all. When I say I wanted to leave the food there. I couldn't believe she charged me as I waited over an hour for a call in order. Never, ever, ever going back not even to pick up someone else's order. My church was going to have a dinner for 50 there-not anymore.

Went here last night for a Mother's Day Dinner Great food and waiters were very kind. However, we were told our wait would be 1 1/2 hours then they forgot about us after we'd been waiting for 2 hours. They had thrown our ticket out even though we still had the little buzzer. After being seated it took over 45 min to get our food and another 30+ min to get our bill sorted out. Multiple other parties had similar complaints last night with a manager telling one party to just leave if they were tired of waiting for their bill. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!

Wonderful staff full of energy and a welcoming atmosphere. The food is made from scratch and tastes homemade because it is homemade. The Cheddar's scratch kitchen is family oriented and sets the new standard for my restaurant par.
