Chelsmore Apartments

I lived in one of the Chelsmore apartments and it was a wonderful and comfortable place to live in. It’s located in a very nice area. Considering that it’s located in Manhattan, it’s very quiet and peaceful. All the support and assistance that I’ve received from the concierge at Chelsmore, leasing office and building managers were great. I feel very lucky that I was able to live in such a well managed apartment. I would recommend this apartment. Thank you for everything!

I feel so lucky to live here. I absolutely love it. The location is great, the staff is so helpful and friendly, the apartment is beautiful. I've lived in NYC for over 15 years but this is the first place that feels like "home". I love love love love it here.

I’m so lucky to live in Chelsmore. The first time I came here was for a short term, and then I returned for a long term. Located in the best area of New York, the management is always friendly, respectful and really easy to work with. Special thanks to Anthony, Eliad, Jason, Nathaniel and Levita. Chelsmore is a great company, during my stay for 5 months in NYC i am from Europe they helped me with everything. Besides that the super of the building in Washington heights also were great and always available when something needed to be fixed or simply had a question. I recomment everybody to use Chelsmore to find an accomodation!

I lived a resident in one of the Chelsmore apartments. It is convint becasue there is a station near it. Also the staffs are so kind I highly recommend!

I live in a Chelsmore-managed building and truly feel so grateful that I do! This is the most respectful, kind, and helpful management company I’ve ever had in New York. They always call to ask if workers can access my apartment and I have the sweetest best super of all time. While previous super / management companies would laugh at me when I asked for working heat, this one goes above and beyond to help me with even small things like reversing the direction the fridge door opens and replacing the faucet to a taller one to accommodate a small sink. I will always try to live in a Chelsmore-managed apartment for the rest of my time in nyc. Seriously so grateful!

Lived in a Chelsmore building through the beginning and worst of the pandemic. Could not speak more highly of them - every issue was dealt with in a speedy and respectful manner. My roommate and I never had a problem with management. Great folks to rent from.

I live in on of there units for 3 years. They always kept up with any requests or maintenance and they keep there units in great condition. They have a convenient online portal for paying rent and any requests. The management team is fantastic, they always work with you. Chelsmore apartments is A+ 10/10. Lived here while I was interning over the summer. Great great location, amazing building staff, and great natural light. My apartment came furnished and had no complaints or issues throughout my lease.

The superintendent was very helpful and always willing to help fix any issues immediately. The staff at Chelsmore are also very responsive and my experience was great, would definitely recommend.
