My husband were in need of a top-notch lawyer, and I searched online to find a law firm that could assist with the type of legal issue we were dealing with. We called Chenoweth Law Group and were impressed from the very first interaction we had with them. We worked with Chenoweth over the course of 7 months on a legal issue, and found that they met our high expectations. Bringing a lawsuit against someone is overwhelming and scary. Most likely going into it (like myself) you have zero knowledge of what it will be like. For that reason choosing the right firm is extremely important to your success and sanity. The amazing people I've had the pleasure of working with at Chenoweth law are exactly who I'd hope to find. They worked hard to come up with a strategy that had the highest probability of succeeding and explained every step, so that we understood how and why they do what they do. I was in a terrible situation with unscrupulous contractors who damaged my property and did unacceptable work that did not meet code. Brian and his team worked tirelessly to try to bring these guys to justice over a 2-year time period. I only wish that the other side had not had access to free legal advice while I had to pay up front for all of mine. The system does not favor individuals who are fighting insurance companies.
