We can’t speak highly enough about Diane Wiscarson and her law office. When our daughter’s school district tried to cut her services, a friend recommended Diane Wiscarson. We called her for a complimentary consultation to understand our rights, she gave us great advice that didn’t require further legal action but got her IEP back on track. Over the course of the year we realized that the violations against our daughter went further than we could have imagined. Diane was there for us every step of the way. She was very responsive and we always felt like our daughter was the priority. Diane consistently provided even-handed advice, trying to help us resolve things outside of formal legal action. When it was clear we would need to go through a settlement process, Diane really listened to us, representing what we wanted for our daughter. Diane was always upfront and fair about her charges, and took great pains to keep our fees to a minimum. Knowledgable, compassionate, responsive, experienced, successful and fair in billing: Diane is everything you could want in an education lawyer.

If only zero stars were possible. Diane Frost Wiscarson is an example of a money grubbing lawyer that practices deceitful theft from her own clients and underhanded dealings to line her pockets. Avoid her.

Helped us understand our position in dealing with the school district regarding our son and his placement in a program that was not going to benefit him. The firm gave us options to try on our own instead of just marching into court, which we greatly appreciated. I can recommend Wiscarson Law without hesitation or reservation!
