Eric Helmy is a waste of time and money, internet garbage attorney. He charged me $750 for some stupid paper that made no sense to the court, he can't even spell the words correctly. So if you feel like you have nothing better to do than throw away your money, go ahead and pay this guy if it's going to make you feel better. Just letting you know you have been warned. Buyer beware. Scam alert...

Eric is very intelligent. He can quickly grasp a concept and see how his role fits in. He won't waste your time nor the opposing party's. He's also very direct which helps clarify any issues both in your favor and against it. He's also a pretty cool guy and fun to work with.

Our first consultation was extremely helpful. We left the meeting with a plan and now we own a corporation! Eric was not only helpful with the write-up of our operating agreement and advice on our business set-up, but he also had some great insights into doing business here in the Northwest and how to be ready for legal matters down the road.
