We had an incredible experience with our bus driver Alison. Alison was professional and well informed with regard to border crossing with a tour group of teachers and children. Alison took charge of all border negotiations, was friendly and kind to our group and made us all feel welcome and comfortable in her care. Alison made us all feel safe on her bus. We have only the highest praise for Alison, and we hope that she is recognized for the exceptional job she did in driving us to and from our trip. The bus was comfortable and we will always take up your bus services in the future. Thank you Alison for endearing yourself to our group.

Horrible service, bus drivers are rude, antisocial and late. And to top it off the staff who work in the office are the least bit accommodating as well and will do just about anything to over charge you. If you ask for a specific bus they’ll most likely lie and say it’s unavailable just to get more money out of you so that you’ll be forced to pay for a bigger bus. Which is why I warn you to make sure you ask them to break down the quotes for you in detail. When I asked why the prices for our bus got bumped up so drastically over the amount I calculated it to be, there was absolutely no valid explanation except that they raise the final prices ‘depending on the crowds who will be on the bus’ which is extremely unfair. Security desposits are fine but having to pay for an overpriced piece of junk that comes from a money grabbing company is not.

Horrible service , rude drivers and the buses reek so they clearly don't clean them. Save your money and go else where.

I just recently used Cherrey Bus Lines for a group vacation to get us from our home location to the airport. Our representative that helped us with our quotes was extremely clear, helpful and got back to me so quickly! Plus the price was great for our group size! Our drivers were on time, very helpful, and very friendly people. I would highly recommend using Cherrey Bus Lines as I would certainly use them again in the future.
