Kunkel Bus LInes

Just Got Back From a Bus Trip using Kunkel Bus Lines. This was on August 19-21,2022. Was Montreal , Quebec Ottawa. The Driver Miriam did a Excellent +++ Job of getting around these Construction filled Towns and cities. Hats off to Her. Glad to see a Great employee at work and was Really funny and well going. Hope to see again as the Driver on another Trip we take using Kunkel Bus Lines. See you soon. R & J.

This should be a ZERO star rating. Bus driver has been transferring my 8 and 10 yr old kids for months without authorization from the consortium and without my knowledge. Since being addressed and told she was not allowed to - she has pushed my kids bus pickup time. If you can't commit to driving bus and 5 minutes is a make or break for you - get a different job!

What kind of bus driver closes the door after one child gets on and leaves the other child that is making their way to the bus and is visibly seen by bus driver ? A kunkel bus driver does. This childish behaviour should be properly dealt with and I will be going through the proper channels to rectify this issue. Unimpressed.

Awful! One driver keeps tailgating me and and has in the past try to pass on the shoulder on Line 86. This is illegal. TODAY, the driver was flashing me because I was making a left. I'm so sick of feeling frightened with this driver behind me. I have called the office before and the behavior doesn't stop. It's road rage.

I will book with Kunkel again! We had a fantastic trip, and Kunkel made that happen. Everything from pre-booking--we got to go see the bus we would rent-- to the terrific driver that arrived 15 minutes early and does a great job chauffeuring start to finish. The bus had a smooth and quiet ride which made it so easy to talk and hear others talk. Above average road trip.

I was on the expressway today hwy 8 east and he/she totally cut me off so that they could take the Fairway rd exit. Bus no#853. I took a picture.

We were very pleased with our bus rental. Setting everything up was easy, the representative we worked with, He was very helpful and responsive. Our driver was professional and provided excellent service. He arrived early which was appreciated. Kunkel Bus Lines pricing is very reasonable. The bus was very clean and comfortable. Will use them again

I wish I could go lower than 1 star. My 4 year old daughter was dropped off at the wrong school this morning. We attended the bus safety class. We ensured our daughter had the tag supplied by Kunkel on her backpack that was clearly visible with the correct school. The incompetent bus driver did not even look at the tag. Simply asked the 4 year old if this was her stop. How would a 4 year old know on her 2nd day riding a bus ever. The safety of children is clearly not a high priority. More feedback from me will be coming and I am going to seek every outlet I can to warn other parents of the lack of safety and regard for our children

I was let go from my position over a heated argument with my supervisor. For which his supervisor stated the company did not care about the cleanliness of the insides based on the kids cant complain, and that the buses only needed to outshine the competition!!
