My order has been incorrect so many times at this location. It also takes longer to get your food here regardless of drive thru or curbside option. I waited 35 minutes for my breakfast order today. I literally pulled up at 6:55 and made it out at 7:30. I know it can get busy but the wait time here is crazy all the time!

Did a catering order and service on the phone and when they dropped off was nice. However I got stuff missing and they offered for refund but never received it. I called again later to confirm and they said they will work on it but it now has been two weeks. Never going back to this location. So 2 starts for being nice.

Very fast service, organized staff. The staff was very patient, the family didnt know what to order and a menu was brought to us. Even after we took a few min to order we got our food quick.

I understand that we’re in the middle of a pandemic. HOWEVER it’s really frustrating to have to sit in the drive through line for 20 min just to place your order. Then another 5-10 to pay for it if you’re using cash. Only to get to the window to be told to pull over to wait another 10 min to get your order.

Their food really is just ok. They've been selling the same thing since the 80s when you could only find them in shopping malls. Raising Cane's is far better.

Always showing the other fast food options how to get it done. Even with long lines they are organized and quick. I particularly like utilizing their curbside option via the app.
