Chick-fil-A

Chic-fil-A disappoints again. Waffle fries were okay, chicken strips were cold and DRY, and the diet lemonade was watery and not sweetened. This was surprising considering I arrived during what should be the dinner rush. All the updated construction and "my pleasure's" in the world will never make up for poor food quality.

I do not frequent this establishment, but every time I do it is a pleasure! The last time I went, they were setting fresh flowers on tables which I thought was a lovely touch

Mt phone wanted a photo, I've been sitting in this drive thru line for about 15 minutes. I have never had to wait thus long in a chickfila line. This is ridiculous.

The service for the most part is consistent and reliable. I would recommend utilizing the Chick-fil-A app to avoid long lines.

You just can't say anything bad about Chick-fil-A. They're quick, consistent, have great choices for every meal, and their app makes it both easy and rewarding to skip the line. They innovate all the time (just try the drive through on a busy day and see what I mean).
