Chick-fil-A

I stopped in for a quick lunch while in the area for business. This location was slammed with mobile, DoorDash, and walk-in orders. The staff worked diligently to serve customers and crank out food. The patio is an excellent place to sit, especially since the dining room is small. I had the grilled nuggets, which were so good!!! Like always.

WAAAY to small a location with way too few employees to handle the rush hours. During lunch, they divert employees and use the eat in tables to prep catering orders, making you wait quite a while for both togo AND online orders. By the time your meal is packed up, the fries have been under the food has been under a heat lamp for quite a while. If you can, find another chic-fil-a.

The black female manager with the locs is one of the most disgusting humans on the planet. She is always so rude, nasty and never helpful. I simply asked her what was the status of my mobile order and she barely bothered to acknowledge me and when I brought it to her attention she just waved me off. If she doesn’t want to work there are plenty of people who need jobs and can do a beret job than she does.

You will drive by and miss the place. The sign is obstructed by trees but to give you an ideal of the location. It's directly across the street from Haverty and Men's Wearhouse. They have sitting outside and limited seats inside. A lot of the nearby locals eat here. I've seen everyone from tourists to lawyers to retail clerks eat here. Prices are reasonable and they have good quality chicken.

I love Chick-fil-A! And now that I work Chick-fil-A, it's going to get better.Food: 5/5

We had a terrible door dasher that never delivered our food so We called Chick-fil-A and they went above a beyond to help us out .The manager at this location was so very amazing and even brought us new drinks and cookies for the bad experience we had .we will definitely continue to eat and order Chick-fil-A! Thank you guys again

Not a good place to come here for lunch. It’s very busy and crowded. Never received my mobile order and contacted store for refund. Called 3 times. I was placed on hold 2 times and 3rd time no one answers the phone.

The guy at the front counter was amazing! I believe his name was Greg. He was extremely positive and welcoming. This may have to be my main CfA now!

I'm a big fan of Chick-fil-A. Prior to this franchise existing, I would never have guessed you could deliver such great service in a fast food chain. The chicken sandwich is just as good or better than you'd get at a lot of fancy restaurants. My only issue is that the food here can be high in sodium. I also like how the company will only give their franchisees one store so that they can spread the opportunities around. I do not agree with some of the company's values as it relates to social issues.

I always place my order through the app. I made my order in this locality yesterday... when I arrived back to the office wow had the surprise...they forget to put chicken on the sandwich.... unbelievable
