I have been to almost all of the Krystals in Atlanta and this is probably the best run and cleanest and offers the best experience. Staff is very friendly professional and quick to get the order out. Burgers were awesome!!

I mean it is Krystal's so with that being said the food was Krystal's. Ordered the sack full combo & was told to pull up for the order to be brought out. 20 or 30 minutes later the order was brought out. Half of the order was cold & the drinks were all wrong. Didn't really expect much more that what we got. It's Krystal's & we were pretty much desperate for something. At least the clerk was very nice & friendly.

My friend asked for a burger with no onions and were told it was cooked with it but would be scrapped off. I took one bite of my chicken sandwich and didn't go back for another. The fries were delicious though.Food: 2/5

This is a chain I grew up with, one my whole family loved. We would cut up hot chili peppers to eat with the little burgers. Perhaps it’s an Asian thing. I still think it’s perfect after hanging out late night with friends, when your body is asking for grease but you feel too guilty to commit to eating at a greasy spoon. They offer mini burgers here - square beef patties w/ grilled onions and one perfect pickle in the middle. The soft buns are heated and soak up that patty juice +flavor. It’s a good carb to grease ratio. Quality also depends on who makes it.

The only reason why I am giving 1 star is because I have to IN ORDER to leave a review. BUT I AM HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED IN MY VISIT WITH MY FAMILY YESTERDAY. MY WHOLE FAMILY GOT FOOD POISON. MY HUSBAND ALL 5 OF MY BABIES. Got sick and I had to take my husband to the hospital.I am highly disappointed with this location. I have been visiting this location since 2007 and this place has gone down ALL THE WAY DOWN THE MOUNTAIN. Long wait time. Staff was dry as hell and my family got sick this location gets zero stars. Unsanitary Unsatisfactory and very disappointed. I wouldn't take my enemies dog to this store. I don't think we will ever eat KRYSTAL'S AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!

Last night there appeared to be only one lady working the entire store. I was greeted very friendly and received my order quickly and fresh. Kudos to this employee!Food: 5/5

I could probably leave work , drive home , make my lunch and eat it then drive back to work before I got to the window after ordering at this location.. slow just doesn't describe how slow this place works.. I will never go back to a Krystal fast food restaurant again.. mainly because I realized that the typical food handlers at fast food can't possibly care about cleanliness and proper food handling if they can't even prepare the food in any timely manner.. 3 cars and I sat in line for 30 mins.. finally I just pulled out and left as soon as I could squeeze my way out ..

A cheerful gent at night around 11. Great service and quick too. It's rare to see people cheerful at a fast food joint

Went to this location for Breakfast at 9:30am and the open sign was on and lights were on but no one would answer the drive through speaker. Drove around and could see employees inside, so I drove back around thinking maybe I didn't wait long enough. No one came to the speaker. So I drove to the window and the employees were now out of sight. So I just left and went to another business.

I know I shouldn’t be eating these but it’s not many of these open here so whenever I see one I grab one to go. Always delicious
