This CFA is located inside the Lenox Mall Food Court. Although it gets busy at times, I have never had any issues with them. I have ordered food in line and have also ordered ahead. They are quick and efficient and the food is always good. Try the Cobb Salad with Avocado Lime Ranch and Buffalo Sauce. So good!
Not often you find a fast food joint that makes the sandwiches as good as they look in the picture. For a mall food court, this chick fil a always delivers a beautiful and tasty sandwich! Fast and delicious. Recommend ordering ahead on the app here as they are always popular.

Outstanding customer service and the food is always delicious this is every single location that I've gone to. And it's always a treat for me to indulge in good fast food at these establishments -- no wonder why the take-out line wraps around the block. Food: 5/5
As expected, in a mall, the prices of the items are more costly than a stand alone restaurant. The staff was super friendly. We didn't get a prize with the kid's meal, but it seemed like they must not be prepared for that since it didn't come in a kid's meal bag. Other than that, the spicy chicken sandwich could've been spicier but overall satisfied.
