Technically a Chikfila but none of the speedy service or thorough checking of orders. Not once have I recieved the side I paid for without having to go up, ask, show my receipt to prove I paid for a bag of chips or a fruit cup. Food is still chikfila, but service is not. Beware the RSC chikfila if you're in a hurry or expect to get all of what you paid for.
There's not much to say other than Chick-fil-A has exceptional service and food! This is the only place that will have a drive thru line down the block and around the corner with the inside line just as long and you will still be able to get your food in record time all with the best customer service and the best smiles. I love Chick-fil-A
I am just trying to share that this is located inside the Rhatigan Student Center. There is plenty of seating here and it is open to the public. Parking is located to the south for Visitors and is free. You do not have to park in the parking garage. It is currently being renovatedFood: 5/5
It's a knock off chickfila, they don't know barely anything about what normal chickfila restaurants serve and they don't know anything about whether or not they have gluten free buns even though they did last time i went here but i didnt care to explain that to them. They look at you with the most confused looks because they barely understand you and they have to ask multiple people questions about what a normal chickfila offers and then the people they ask don't really know anything. Avoid if you have celiac or gluten allergies, since they are unaware of the whole thing, they'll likely gluten you if you don't mention that you can't have gluten because you assumed their fryer was like every other chickfila that is designated for fries only. This honestly explains why I got sick the last time I went to this one. I thought it was something else that did it. Really disturbing that this place is essentially a fraud in comparison to actual chickfila establishments. They really need to do better, it's a health hazard... if I had ordered fries which I sometimes do, I wouldn't have known they cross contaminate here until it was too late, this disease is no joke, you can send people to the hospital if you don't have this clarified somewhere. I'm lucky I don't get to that point but I do get sick in my case but others aren't so lucky. Not cool.
The chicken nugs were great! The chick fil a sauce was great too. The soda machine had warm soda in it and it wasn't too busy. I expected more from chick FIL a but still, foods good.Food: 5/5
There are three things to really rave about with this restaurant chain: First, the service. Chick-fil-a is what good service looks like! The staff is extremely friendly, courteous they always say "my pleasure" after a customer says thanks, and welcoming. Secondly, the business model is very different from other companies. They are family-oriented, give away tons of free food Google The First 100 for an example, and only seem to employ happy workers how different from the scowling employees at other fast food restaurants!. And lastly, the food is excellent quality, and always fresh and delicious. Note that the prices, though a very fair reflection of the quality, are a bit higher than those at other fast food stores.
Never seen a business ran in such a orderly manner. The best customer service of any fast food restaurant. The best food with the best sauces. I love this restaurant and will continue to come here as much as I possibly can. No restaurant that I've been to can beat Chick-fil-A.
Chick-fil-A is amazing. If you dont think so, I don't know what to tell you. It's my pleasure for writing this review, no need to thank me. Anyways, every location I have been to is super fast, super nice, and super delicious.
Quick in and out with very helpful service as usual. Food was hot and ready with a super busy line that kept moving. Nice that is was on WSU campus.
This is an Express food court setup so don't expect the same level of service as you would find in an actual restaurant. You enter a line and pick up what you want off the heater stations as you proceed towards the cashier. My first issue with this location is food preparation can fall behind as WSU students tend to gravitate here. Second, prices are high. A spicy chicken sandwich with large lemonade cost ~$7. You can drive down the road and get the same for ~$2 less. You'd think we was in an airport. Third, the quality of food can vary daily from a soggy sandwich to a crispy the next day.
