Absolutely the worst child Psycologist I’ve ever encountered. She was rude, abrupt, and short to me and my son; On our first and only visit. Office was understaffed, dirty and seemed to be disorganized. Wait time was an hour and a half before we even got in to see Dr. Clausse. Once we had our turn she was just interested in getting up to get us out to get to the next patient. Did not help or listen to us at all! WHAT A WASTE! Ridiculous! NEVER EVER AGAIN

We have been going to Child & Family Psychology for nearly 2 years. We have been met with experienced counselors, helpful, compassionate and patient. The staff has changed and unfortunately not the best but I'm willing to overlook a few dropped phone calls, long hold times and not so courteous administrative staff if my child is receiving excellent care.

The customer service is horrible.. to be a doctor's office. I was told check takes 15 minutes and that my appointment would be pushed back. We did not see the doctor. I wonder of the doctor knows or cares about the staff
