The staff was friendly and great with my daughter. This was her first visit outside of a regular check up. She was afraid and the staff was patient with her. She needed x-rays and the staff was patient with a scared toddler crying and not holding still. The only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is I called before hand they could not tell me if they accepted my insurance.
This was a pleasant surprise. Feels brand new and I was so surprised to learn it is 5 years old. The radiology and laboratory is attached to the Urgent Care facility but is run as a completely separate facility with different staff, different services offered, etc. Our X-ray tech went above and beyond to keep the baby comfortable and relaxed. If you live inside the loop it is a little bit of a drive- but with free parking, depending on the time of your appointment the drive is light traffic and very manageable.
My son was seen today for labs. We were in & out very quickly. He had a bad experience last time so was nervous today. Ms. Pamela the lab tech was so very kind to him & did and excellent job! He said it must have been because she was a veteran We hope he can have her again next time he has to be seen.
Had a great experience today, from the registration with Nuria, nurse Melissa and Dr. Wilkerson, they were able to triage and treat my daughter rather quickly and effectively.
I was skeptical with the reviews but Dr Enmon was the first of 3 medical professionals that finally listened to us and caught our daughters viral pneumonia. The rooms are small, the wait time is long but the care was what we needed.
I just want to thank Doctor Davis. She did an amazing job being thorough and kind. And the wait time short for a Saturday Thanks again Dr Davis
Not sure why the rating is so low, my baby has unfortunately had to come here more times than I would hope in 7 months covid, ear infections, blocked tear duct, minor injury and they have always been great. The check in is easy, the staff has always been kind to him and to me when I've been anxious about what is going on. Of course there is a wait if you go to urgent care on a busy weekend but at least for me it's nothing beyond what is expected. They also got us in once minutes before closing and still spent the necessary time with us and were very nice about it
We were about to go on a trip next day my child's throat swollen unusually. We had to go this place to make sure we would not need to go somewhere else during our trip. 10 min. consultation for a strep thoat and they charged me $440 for an in network coverage. They charged $808 to insurance company. Outrageous! They have no appeal process or anyone who would listen to you. This is not the first time we went here just a year ago or so the price was around 150-200 for similar issue which was alright.
Been here on 2 different occasions both times had great experience. The first time was in 2019 the staff was very through with my son with is breathing issues for a severe cold, they x ray to make sure his lungs were clear and gave breathing treatments which helped tremendously. The most recent visit was around thanksgiving. My 2 year old daughter was saying it hurt when she urinate.. I assumed she had a uti so I brought her here to get labs done. the wait wasn’t bad at all. Staff really knows how deal with children. I got my daughter to use the potty in a cup so they could check her urine, results came back negative. The Dr wanted to check her private area to make sure she didn’t have any scratches down there. When she was checking my daughter she was gentle and was also letting my daughter know that it was her special place and to only let mom and dad help her down there. Which really meant a lot to me…it’s our job to keep our children safe and the Dr was reassuring that we were on the same page. I cannot remember the Dr’s name, I wish I did…I really appreciated her bed side manner
Our baby needed blood drawn for food allergy testing and the tech did a wonderful job we were hesitant going here after reading some negative reviews!. Not sure if we got lucky or if they have better techs now, but they were successful at the first try. The front staff however could use some help. Not sure if they’re just short staffed which is why things seem unorganized. When we first walked in, there was one family at the front desk talking to the staff and the staff ‘greeted’ us by saying “please take a seat”. And everyone else that came in right after me were also told to take a seat. None of us had the opportunity to ask a question. At first I was confused how the staff would know who was ‘next in line’ if everyone coming in just sat in the lobby. I just wanted to ask a simple question if I was in the right place for a blood draw, since no one will answer the phone when I tried calling two times before driving to this facility. We waited a long time before someone came up to us to finally ask what we needed and check us in. The wait time for the whole visit took about an hour before we actually had the blood draw. Not sure where else I would go for pediatric blood draws each year but hopefully the front staff will be improved the next time we go.
