Chili's Grill & Bar

Chili's has really stepped up their menu, haven't been here in a while since the service and food were less than mediocre. My daughter and I sat in the bar area, service was great, we ordered the spinach queso dip and avocado bacon chicken sandwiches that were fresh and delicious. Although we were stuffed we somehow managed to eat the chocolate chip cookie skillet with ice cream (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED)!!! Thanks for a great night out Chili's.. we'll be back

We go once a week for lunch. I'd like to recognize Linda who always provides great service. Love their fried onions even though my doctor says remove them from my menu. (I think it's only a "suggestion" ;)

I was greeted nicely when entertaining. We were seated in about 10 mins. It’s been a year since I was there and got to see Ross who was our waiter and is now a manager. That was the good. The bad I was there with a friend and I was paying. The waitress never introduced herself, barely took my order and just took my friends order. She asked him how he liked his meal, asked him if he wanted another drink ask him if there was anything else he needed. It was never directed to us I was not acknowledged until I pulled out my wallet to pay the bill and was told have a nice night. I will return but, if she is my server, I will ask for someone else.

I visited for a late lunch at about 3:30 on a Saturday afternoon. Service was prompt and friendly, and our food was prepared and delivered quickly the way we ordered it. I had a bacon cheeseburger that practically melted in my mouth... Delicious!

I ordered a salad and my buddy ordered a steak. Well when I got my salad it literally looked like both the waitress and the cook DID NOT CARE. The lettuce was wilted and brown. It looked so bad it was laughable. Come on people. You don't leave a salad sitting in a 100 degree kitchen for 15 minutes while you cook a steak. As we say in the restaurant industry "it dies". Obviously they have VERY POOR AND INCOMPETENT MANAGEMENT. These people weren't trained properly. Also the entire restaurant needs a cleaning. I have seen this before. They are using dirty rags to wipe things down. They don't change the sanitizer water often enough and the oil goes to the top and they are literally just applying nasty grease and dirt (technical term is grime) to every surface. YOU CAN FEEL THE GRIME ON THE SHELVES TABLES EVERY SURFACE. IT'S FREEKIN NASTY! This place is so poorly run it's unbelievable.
