Chili's

Typical chilis bar and restaurant. Food is usually good, though I really miss the chicken fried steak. Rarely a wait, and staff is always great. If you are looking for a quick chain meal this is a good bet.

YUCK!!!! Gave two stars only because one appetizer came out in timely manner & was good. Dirty!!! (Table, silverware, serving dishes, etc... Dirty) waitress was not polite and argued about drink, drink made wrong, attitude. This is 2nd time in under a month, I have gone there for business meeting and Gross!!! This time fed up, walked out and didn't finish drink or order dinner, doubtful will go back. 2 strikes for the SAME exact problem. What's worse is that they were NOT busy!!! Sad.

Good chain restaurant food. Unlimited chips and salsa Isa great deal. Tableside guacamole is always excellent. All of their burgers use grass fed beef. Plenty of food with the fajitas. Beer selection is lacking. If they offered better, local craft beer Chili's could easily be a 4.5 star restaurant. We have always had excellent service. We did hear of a couple who had poor service and the restaurant manager reimbursed them for the meals and then gave them both a free meal. A great recovery. Exit and entrance into the restaurant with a protected traffic light. A great place to go after shopping at Lowe's, Market basket or Kohl's.

Normally I like most Chili's, but our experience here in this restaurant was the worst. Waited a half hour for our food in a nearly empty restaurant, then got one of our meals completely wrong. In addition, my chicken fajitas were weirdly white (with no grill marks or flavor). By that time, one of my kids was falling asleep, and we all had to take all our food to go. Manager did not even bother to come to the table to apologize, and merely took off one of our five meals off the bill. We ended up eating crappy, expensive leftovers the next day instead of the dinner we had wanted to enjoy the night before. We'll never go back to this location.

I come here on occasion when I'm craving comfort food, which is typically a grilled cheese since it's light on the stomach. The people I was with ordered chicken and waffles, they complained how the waffles were drenched in whatever was coming off the chicken. I was rather suprized when my grilled cheese came out with a waffle iron pattern on it. I have to admit I was a little upset because I was given a checkerboard of cooked and uncooked.
