Chili's Grill & Bar

We had Vanessa for our server the last time we were there. She was kind, courteous, and our service was fast. The food was okay. It's a chain, so it's not easy to judge. Everything came out hot and in a timely fashion, it also tasted pretty good. We'd likely visit again.

Service was somewhat ok. I felt that the servers were a little overwhelmed with our party due the amount of people we were. However, I did notice great teamwork from management as well as from other team members, so that speaks high volume about management making sure team members keep a good dynamic. Kudos about that, but I feel that they should role play big size parties just to avoid and be ready when applicable.

Great food! Great service! The people working there made it a very comfortable and relaxed atmosphere with amazing attention to us, before I would even realize I needed a refill my waitress was asking if I wanted another and not only was the food good it also came out quickly and correct. All in all it's a place I know I will be returning to for a long time.

I really enjoy Chili's with my family because it is something that even my daughter will eat without fussing the entire time. When we arrived here, there were two people waiting ahead of us. There were many open tables, yet apparently, the were short staffed. We were told a 15 minute wait. We showed up right in time though, because many people came in group by group. a 15 minute wait turned into a 25 minute wait. There were so many of us standing at the front waiting to be seated that people could not walk by. Most families had their young children as well. The hostesses told us we could sit in the lounge where the bar is. That's no place for children to be in my opinion. So, we decided to wait and be seated away from the alcohol. We were finally seated, and waited, and waited. Finally our waitress came over and only wanted to take our drink orders and she appeared to be annoyed that we were ready to order. Sorry? I was slightly annoyed with my daughter's portioning. 13 small fries on her plate with her crispy chicken fritters. I felt bad because my daughter was asking for french fries. So we shared ours with her. Our waitress was persistent on us using the kiosk to check out. So much for getting refills on our drinks after eating spicy food. But please, feel free to rush us out even though the restaurant died out. Pretty sure I will just stay at the other Chili's for a while. Just a really over priced experience for far too long of a wait.
