Chili's Grill & Bar

We went here on a weeknight because it was my husband's birthday. We each had one of the specialty margaritas, and they were very good. I found we had good and friendly service, and the food was good, especially the corn. It was a nice evening, and I'm sure we'll go there again. My favorite was the shrimp.

Our previous 3 visits had been good. However, this most recent experience was not. The food was great, once we were finally served. But I ordered a chicken dish but they ran out of chicken. Ok, I had been debating between a couple of meals and I just asked got one of those. And if that was the only issue, I would not be writing this review. The waiter appeared to have no interest in his work. He was difficult to find. Several times, I saw him standing at the bar, talking to co-workers. He never left with drinks, so he was just laughing and goofing off. Waited too long to order, ran out of beverages, could not get butter and he was just bad.

Six months ago I wrote a review saying, The food was good and the service was great. This has all changed. Every part of of latest visit was messed up.

I loved the grilled street corn, it has cilantro and comes with a lime to squeeze, yum! I will go back just for that! Our waitress was great and kept our drinks full! The honey chipotle sauce on my ribs was really good too.

Stopped in at 4 pm on Saturday and it wasn't busy at all. The food took longer than expected to come out. One burger was very raw on the inside, and the other came out wrong. Only the quesadilla was right. Server never came by once. To get stuff fixed I had to go to the front desk and they got a manager to fix things. Had to ask him too for drink refills too. Thankfully they had the tablet to pay for our meal because server never came back to check up or see if we were ready to pay.
