Chili's Grill & Bar

Went there for a fundraiser, reminded why we don't go there. The waiter thoroughly messed up our check, then vanished expecting us to use a machine on the table to pay. Eventually we asked another staff member for help, then they passed it off to another person (manager?) who passed it off to another person. I left the table and observed the possible manager who was studying the $10 meal special card that we ordered from. Did they not know their own special? Food was good, but this place is consistently poorly managed.

Good food and all you can eat chips and salsa. But last 2 times we've been there it took awhile after ordering a beer to finally getting it. I actually got another waitress to get it

I was here on a cold, snowy evening when there was all of 4 cars in the Parking lot. They were swatting flies waiting for customers. Literally had the place to myself. Had a cheerful young lady that waited on me. But for as few customers they had in the evening she was hard to find. Kept disappearing on me. I ordered the Bacon-Chicken Avocado sandwich that came with a Pesto Mayonnaise dressing on it. Sandwich was pretty tasty and came with Fries. Food was good, but service left me wanting.

We really like the food here and also like the prices and promotions. Today we took advantage of a promotion where you get 2 free movie tickets when you pay $38 and choose from their 2 for $22 menu, which was great because we are planning on going to the movies soon anyway. We will definitely be back to this location.

We did wait a long time to be waited on and wasn't busy. Waited a long time for food once we ordered. The was very good though once it arrived. Our waitress was attentive and even offered veterans deduction without us asking. I would go there again if not in a hurry😉
