Chili's Grill & Bar

Had a big party (16 pepole), reservation set. Arrived 10 min early to nothing setup. It took 2 hours from the time we sat down to everyone getting there food. Some really good, some really bad. Didn't send anything back for fear that it would take another hour. Our waitress (1) was doing the best she could for the size of party. Unacceptable that our food took that long. More staff both on the floor and the kitchen might have helped.

Did not know what to expect as it was our first time the food was excellent the staff were very friendly and helpful and doing trivia quizzes online with other customers was fun good night had by all

They have yummy drinks and weekly drink specials, I love their 2 for $22 deal. They are always really accommodating when it comes to asking for substitutions and special requests. It's a very family friendly place, I can take my 2-year-old daughter here and if she is occasionally too loud, I don't feel like I'm getting dirty looks. She is also a bit of a picky eater but we can always find something she is excited to eat here. The variety of music they play is awesome as well. I gave 4 stars because the service is hit and miss. While the servers usually seem to be very pleasant, they don't always listen the best, or at least that's my experience. Maybe they are overworked, who knows.

Ahhh Chili's what can I say Chili's never let's me down! From the food to the service everything is great. For being a chain restaurant Chili's is good real good. I always get the bacon cheese burger or the Cajun pasta extra Alfredo. And they are always good I've gotten diff. Items as well and have been good. Chili's has something for everyone
