Chili's Grill & Bar

We just picked up a Togo order. It took 20 Minutes to be noticed standing inside. Then when we tried to pay the manager didn’t know how to use the gift cards we had. The asparagus has absolutely no seasoning and barely cooked. It was so good the last time we had it. The queso is burnt and it made the cheese totally separate. What a waste Disgusting. So sad. What is happening at chili’s. This is the second time we ordered from them and it was terrible. Two strikes and you are out!

It received two stars because the waiter did a good job to make sure his customers were happy. The kitchen took way too long to prepare meals. They didn't follow instructions on how to prepare them. The salmon meal that I ordered came out cold and dry. The only thing good about my dinner that night was my wine and my service from my waiter.

Menu changes too much, they've taken a lot of my favorite items off the menu. Chili's has lost a lot of its original Flair. The one Saving Grace is there original chicken tenders are still the best in Sarasota.

I never liked Chili's much until recently. They have stepped it up Service has been great. Food also has been very good. Surprisingly good

Great food but not portioned fairly in my opinion. The salmon wasn't very good but it was very good! Not much rice or broccoli for 16 dollars. At least fill me up on rice which is very cheap. Again, it was very tasty just under portioned.
