Chili's

First of all, When we arrived the place was with just a few tables and no one was at the entrance, we waited almost 10 min to someone showed up, then we other and the corn chips that they brought were wet, and they looked like they weren’t changed from other table. I ordered the chicken sandwich but I was very specific when I ordered without bacon, since I’m allergic. After over 20 min wait, it came with bacon!!!, I told my waitress and they brought it back without it, however it looked that they just take it off instead re-do it. I couldn’t eat that and wait again 25 to 30 min for another dish it would be just a waist of time and they weren’t even in a rush our!!!! I definitely won’t coming back!

The real test of dedicated restaurant service is when you arrive just prior to closing time. I must say that Chili's passed this test, with flying colors, Friday night! We were sat, served and treated well at 10:30 p.m. and the food was still fresh and scrumptious. Here's a pic of my left over chicken and waffles, which is my Saturday lunch. I highly suggest this location and this menu item!! Thank you!

Great quality food for its price. Steak is not as soft as best ones, but tastes great! Mashed potato served with cheese and species is good too.

Food was so good we sat at the bar and service was great I didn’t like when we walked it and was waiting to be seated and no one came to help us so we set ourselves . That’s the only reason I’m giving 4 stars

Just a poor visit. Kitchen was dirty, the service was poor and the food was not well prepared. The to go counter staff was indifferent about helping out. Won’t be back to this location. UPDATE: Corporate did reach out and offer compensation for this poor visit. I hope they are able to improve this location. Grateful recognized an issue and are attempting to correct it. Thank you!

So I'm extremely pissed off at this BS establishment! I made an online order spent $65 and tipped the driver. My husband and I Simply wanted to enjoy a nice quiet meal at home and enjoy some good bar food without the bar. I get my order and I'm missing a side item! My husband opens his box and the burger is raw! These lazy motherfukers can't even let the burger be medium with just a little pink but raw! It was supposed to be well done. So whatever cook made that burger should be fired and isn't a skilled cook and should review their temps immediately! I called and make a complaint to speak with a manager, obviously the f****** manager is so busy and can't come to the phone!? well you're not in the f****** kitchen that's where the f*** you ain't! Because this is f****** ridiculous! U obviously trying to get sued! As Of this day August the 8th 2018, this location needs to get their people together and their establishment! Because I promise I'm probably not the only person that's going to make a complaint and back it up with evidence today!

It was on a Friday night, and the wait was short. Good music, fun atmosphere. Food and the drinks were delicious and the service was AWESOME

Amazing, our server Rene was so polite an had a very happy personality. Because of her we left happy full an excited that we gave it a chance.

Quick service, nice workers, clean, good music, large crowd. Chili’s is just about always the same, every time I come here.

Do not park next door no matter if there is a sign for that spot or not. Will never be back to this chili's. Service was slow, on top of getting booted due dunkin Donuts not having proper signage for all parking spaces.
