Waffle House

Better dining room and service the most Waffle Houses. First let me say that I've been going to Waffle House since I was a kid. In my preteen years, they built a Waffle House nearby, and I think my parents never made coffee again. The last photo of our entire family together before my mother died was in a waffle house. I'm not crazy about Waffle House the way my parents were, but I've seen a lot of Waffle Houses. This waffle house is not your usual layout. High ceilings, big windows, and a bigger floor plan make it feel more open. Also, it feels cleaner and less utilitarian than the average WH. On this visit, I was in here on a Saturday morning at about 8:00. The place was filled with blue collar boys and little families. There were a few old guys at the counter. The servers are fresher, faster and a bit less worn. The whole crew seems a little tighter and more focused on getting all of their appointments and service. The food? Well, it's a Waffle House. My scattered and smothered hash browns were perfect. The eggs were also spot on. The sausage was tasty. The coffee has that touch of chicory If you don't feel like cooking breakfast for your date, and she's a Waffle House girl, this is probably a good choice. Dietary restrictions: It's fairly easy to get a gluten-free, dairy-free breakfast here. There's waffles in raisin toast for your friends, too.

This is my first review of this lokation. Frankly I hadn't visited much in the past but the last 3 weeks circumstance has led me here and it's been mixed as far as food quality and service level. 2 of the most kritikal faktors in the success of any restaurant. This morning's experience adversely impakted me so much it drove me to this review. There is a partikular waitress who for the second time chose to ignore me nor acknowledge my presence as a human being. I took this especially personal given my father was recently admitted into hospice kare and isn't expekted to survive much longer. I've used the Waffle House trips as a way of remembering the times my father and I spent here. Her unwarranted attitude, lack of kleanliness and general dismissal on a loyal, long time Waffle House customer has baffled me and left a sour taste in my mouth. Otherwise I would rank this lokation much higher bekause the service otherwise is above par. Hopefully this will make its way to management to address her. I left and will wait for one of the other ladies to begin their shift and try it again. It's unfortunate this took place. I find no joy in writing these type of reviews but it is a necessity for continuous improvement and consistency. I look forward to updating this review to reflect the store performance instead of highlighting the lack of performance of a lone employee. Unfortunately it only takes "1 spoiled apple to ruin the barrel." Do better Waffle House please. If you see a heavy set woman with brown dress loks I suggest looking for alternatives. But until then...Unfortunately, It's that BAD!

Super friendly staff with superfast service. Great value food and a good location for the venue . No idea why the bathroom is so hot but other than that the place was comfortable.

waffle House is a diner. it's no frills, but it's fast. the servers are decent enough. if you want to see what goes into most of the food, you can watch it being prepared. The hash browns are great! I enjoy taking my young son for breakfast because it's incredibly quick. Vegetarian options: if you eat eggs and don't mind butter, there are many options. eggs, toast, waffles, hash browns. this isn't a vegetarian establishment, but it's easy for one to eat here. I don't believe they have any vegetarian meat options. Parking: small dedicated lot, but big shopping plaza with ample free parking Kid-friendliness: not fancy, and quick makes this an easy place to take a child

Came to get breakfast early before work to get a jump on the day and got home to find multiple hairs in my food. I’m a black man with a beard and the only person in the restaurant who could have produced the hair lied and said he didn’t cook it. Save your time, money and immune systems.Food: 1/5

New Year's Day we want to eat breakfast there. It was a wonderful experience You were very busy they seated as promptly The service was great The food was outstanding. Coffee was super hot and good. There's a couple came in with a little baby and they got the baby a hat to put on it for a waffle House I thought it was cute and that was very thoughtful of the staff. If you're looking for a great breakfast place this one by the home Depot was terrific!!! I highly highly recommend this place. The amount of food you get for the money was super. Wel I had $11 special it came with one waffle, two eggs, two pieces of sausage or bacon or ham, hash browns, and toast. That's a lot of food!!!!!

Probably my favorite waffle home in Atlanta. The management is good with at least 8-10 people working at all times and friendly service. Mama Mia is the best server - kind, quick and very attentive making sure our order was absolutely perfect. We come all the way here from west midtown just cause the food and service is that good.Food: 5/5

Customer service was great in our experience. I missed the name of the crew my bad but we're highly satisfied. We're family of five and ordered All-Star Special for my kids. They loved the waffles but not the hashbrown. The bacon was crispy and taste good. Food serving was just enough and we're able to take out. There's just unpleasant moment/noise from someone but we just ignored it and the crew was able to manage him.

Very friendly staff but was not very attentive mostly amongst conversation forgetting drink order and food as well took 10 mins after my eggs grits and sausage came out to get my waffle at that point i dont Want the waffle yes 1-2 mins after food is ok for waffle to come out but 10 is just not acceptable and they also need to pre buss and clean after every customer not once customer sits down

The server at the register had one of the most disgusting attitudes that I’ve experienced in a while. It is apparent that she was overwhelmed, but with that, her response to a question was short in tone and in gesture. She did little to assist me other than cutting me off!Service: 1/5
