Looking for a great local place for a burger and a brew? Or maybe a hand-scooped milkshake with some fresh-cut fries? Come visit us at US Cafe, a fast-casual, family-friendly restaurant of patriotic flair!

Since our humble beginnings over 25 years ago in Smyrna, Georgia, we at US Cafe have been proud to serve our burgers, wings, and French fries the way they’re supposed to be — fresh, natural, and cooked to order.

Our classic all-American menu will be sure to please guests of all ages, and we offer special quarterly burgers and wing sauces to please the palates of even the most experienced burger and chicken wing connoisseurs.

Visited today for the first time. Tried their Angus Cheeseburger combo with sweet potato fries and a 10pc limited time offered honey garlic flavored wings. The burger and wings were smaller than expected, and the taste was okay. The sweet potato fries were cut thicker than expected and seemed a little soggy versus other restaurants that cut them thinner. I also spotted 2 ants in the napkin container on the table, but I'd much rather spot ants than many other insects. It was a new place to try out, but because I can get larger portioned food with the same or better taste at other places, I will not be visiting again.
Burger is really good. Wings are ok. Nuclear sauce is not hot and especially not worth the extra $1. Restaurant is clean, service is good.
Got here at 1:10pm didn't get my order taken till 1:22pm and I'm still waiting horrible service overall!! Literally my lunch break has been waiting for my food and it's not even busy! Us cafe this is unacceptable!!
I came here with my family yesterday while we were visiting Atlanta for a few days. Found US Cafe within walking distance from our hotel and decided to try it out. The food was delicious and the service was fast!
Quick and easy food but a little pricey. Ordered a philly cheesesteak quesadilla.

They weren’t lying. The Turkey Burger is really good. At my table we had Chicken Tenders; Mozzarella Sticks; burgers and fries. All good. And it was hot. No long wait. Everything was very fresh. My 2 year old daughter usually eats the chicken tenders - not today. She tried Mozzarella sticks and they are a hit. She loves them. Thank you for the great service. Well worth the trip to Atlanta.
I've had the turkey burger combo with no cheese and the mild 6 piece wings combo with ranch dressing. Everything has been flavorful and I would like to return to try something else on the menu. I like how you can call in or order your food online and then head to pick it up. I need to find out if I can order to dine in meal ahead of time and sit down to eat so it's ready when I walk over. Other than that, great place to grab lunch.
I have been coming/ordering from this location for a couple of years now. Always order the same thing since it’s amazing. Their house salad with tenders. Unfortunately today there was a cockroach-like bug in my salad. It seemed to still be moving. I showed the server and he took it away. The way that they acted towards the fact that THERE WAS A BUG IN MY FOOD was appalling. I expected more from this location. I am not one to write a bad review. Especially since I love the food here. But there was an insect in my salad. I was comp’d the salad. Only. I was surprised when I still received a bill. I hope they pass their next health inspection. I just won’t order their salad again.
Wing It!! Mighty tastey wings and a great hamburger. Small local establishment that makes great fresh food, quickly and priced right. Remember this is a local joint so expect nothing fancy just great food. Sit outside and enjoy a pitcher of Shock Top with your wings or burger, a good way to spend an afternoon after a bike ride on the "Comet" or just because.....is a regular stop for us when we visit Atlanta....
