Ching Tao Restaurant

I think with any Chinese American restaurant, there will be some menu items that are just how you like them and others that won’t be. Egg rolls are my litmus test! Love Ching Tao’s egg rolls with shredded pork and celery as opposed to the shredded cabbage variety elsewhere. It’s a family run operation and they are friendly and efficient. Place has been here forever and I find it a bit higher in quality and freshness than most places.

I have only ordered takeout but the food is amazing!! My son loves the chicken noodle soup. I enjoy the chicken fingers. The batter is light and fluffy but not over fluffy that the chicken is lost inside. The duck sauce they serve is their own recipe and i have never had anything like it. It is amazing!! The chicken chow mein is fall river style with crunchy noodles, lots of chicken and tons of fresh celery and onions. We have tried other items and have not been disappointed but these are the three we order way to often!!

Not very good. Half my food was warm half was hot. Fried rice was edible but somehow wrong. There is also a weird smell to the place. Nice enough folks but good wasn't all that based on the reviews that led me to the place.

Our family has been going here for years. We are now into the great grandchild generation. Food is always plentiful and delicious and the service friendly and courteous. The price is right. Highly recommended.

I orders shrimp chow mein dinner combo to go and no noodles in it. It seems they just dump the shrimp sauce on the styrobox and mixed the pork fried rice and egg rolls. It was disappointing. Do not go to this place. I was very disappointed.
