Chipotle Mexican Grill

Just as good as an experience as you would expect from a chipotle. The food was prepared quickly, the staff were friendly and your typical chicken burrito bowl costs $11.11. I like this restaurant location because it is cheap, consistent and convenient.

The staff was arguing with each other, and the manager was being outrageously rude to another customer for impractical and inflexible reasons. Also, I found it a bit weird that the manager not only was talking so aggressively and mean to people that his saliva was perforating the ingredients on the line, but also when one of the team members was putting the ingredients onto my burrito he leaned over her and my food grazing my food and her with his stomach to replace something on the line. While I get that multitasking is sometimes necessary, the way he performed that task was extremely rude to his team member and me, and in addition super unsanitary. The whole environment of the restaurant was extremely discomforting and toxic, only two individuals at the beginning of the line, and the end of the line seemed to be putting an effort into being positive, efficient, and simply kind. It's sad to say that this is not the first time I have noticed huge problems with the team at this location, and honestly poor work ethic and communications, lack of efficiency and basic inventory, and just poor customer service seem to be recurring difficulties with several Chipotle branches lately. Maybe it's a management/leadership issue, I don't know, and while I want to care it might be best for me to only pick up deliveries from chipotle from now on. There are several small business Mexican restaurants in the area with quality food and great vibes that deserve my coin. Convenience is not so important that we trade our mental and emotional health for it. It is not worth it at all.

I love Chipotle, but this location gave me the worst food poisoning of my life. They unhook their food from the electronics to begin cleaning up far before closing, and the food sits at an improper temperature. Something went wrong with my order and it did not get through to their system. I had to go back to my job and get my receipt. The manager was not nice, kept looking at the receipt and he could clearly see that the order was placed, however he kept saying he did not see my name, which was at the top and the bottom of the receipt. I showed him my name, he said nothing and walked away into the back. I stood there about 5 minutes waiting and he finally came and said to me that they will fix my food once and for me to write down what I wanted, he them walked away again, this time he did not return. He did not tell me whom to give the order to, so I got in line and placed my online order. It took 16 minutes to get an order that should have been expedited as soon as I gave them the receipt.

Chipotle is always good to me. I dont go often but when I do they never disappoint. It was a little too crowded, but the service and the amount of food they gave me was worth it.Food: 5/5

Ordered and paid for a burrito bowl online for pickup at 10:10 PM. When I showed up, staff were cleaning up and doors were locked. Their hours are posted until 11PM on the Chipotle website. There were 3 other confused people outside the door with me, one of which had also ordered for pickup.

I frequently order from this location through Uber Eats closest to my house and have been told on a numerous of occasions by my Uber drivers that they charge customers for the vinaigrette dressing and sometimes they do not. As a long time customer and have visited several locations within the DMV and in other states, Chipotle has never charged their customers for this. Is this a new policy?

This chipotle is absolutely horrible. Majority of The staff is very unfriendly and rude, they don’t follow proper procedures, they are always understaffed, and their food station is always dirty. The food taste and quality is not good, and i feel like this establishment needs an intervention. There’s a reason that chipotle doesn’t get a lot of business

Very ghetto and very inconsistent in food quality! Team members always fighting and yelling and it’s very embarrassing and unprofessional. This teams needs a serious look at.
