Chipotle Mexican Grill

I saw some negative reviews and since this is my go-to Chipotle, I wanted to defend it. The employees are always friendly and professional. The line moves fast and my order is always well made. I also like to sit in the front on Wisconsin Ave and watch the cars and people passing by.

Ordered on Uber Eats but the team on 10/6 around 8pm is killing it. This is the BEST wrapped burrito I've ever received from a chipotle 10/10

Frustrating. I walked in, no line. The person in front of me was preparing to order. I then ordered 2 bowls with 2 tortillas on the side. Easy enough. I asked the girl for a side of queso. No response. I asked the manager at the next station for a side of queso, no response. He started dealing with a frustrated customer and giving her a refund. Line comes to a screeching halt as he told the lady she was "inconvenient" after they didn't have an item the cashier already charged her for. While waiting, I ask another young lady to go ahead and dip the queso out so it was ready for me to pay. She stared at me and said, "did you ask him?" When I said yes she looked down to the cash register and yelled, "hey, what do you want me to do?" Still no one answered. I just want to know why no one but the manager is allowed to dip out the queso???? Finally, I go to pay and I scan my app for the free birthday queso that I had told 3 people I was using already. He tells me it didn't work and I said, "can I just pay for it so I can leave?" There was nothing wrong with my app/QR code, he just didn't know how to use it. But he blamed me like he did with the refund lady. I walked outside and checked my bags, no chips. So I went back in and got them. Which was a waste because they didn't close the queso all the way. As I go it back to my office, it ripped out of the bag and spilled all over me. Covering my tie, dress shirt, suit pants and dress shoes. Now all that trouble with getting the queso cost me a whole cleaning bill. And I still only got one tortilla on the side. Fun times.

WORST CHIPOTLE EVER. I have gone multiple times just to be greeted with the same attitude no matter who was working. Every staff member looks and acts like they hate their jobs and the customers even more. The first time i went, it was around 1pm. It was empty, i was the only one in line and the worker decides to sweep the line and attend to me after. I had no problem waiting five minutes, but it was the fact they didnt greet me or say they would be with me in a moment. They just stared at me while sweeping. Went home took one bite and threw it away. The rice was crunchy/hard and their chicken was repulsive tasted old like it was sitting out all morning. I thought maybe I had gone at a bad time or day for them. My 2nd time ever, I decided to go earlier around 11:30am when I know the food will be fresh. The worker who handled my food literally cleaned food off the counter with her gloves and then tried to proceed to make my order. When I asked her to change her gloves, she gave me the worst attitude, took her time washing her hands and changing gloves. With only 3 people in line, I'm astonished that it took 20 mins for me to get my food. Food quality was alot better this time though. My third and final time going was when I was ordering a quesadilla and burrito. I went in the morning and the guacamole was unripe with hard inedible pieces. The rice was bland and my quesadilla was a crunchy toasted tortilla with chese sprinkled only in the middle. It's like the recipes change depending on who works there. My boyfriend came here on his own one day and had crunchy rice and terrible chicken as well. Food quality here is a hit or miss and the employees are God awful at being customer oriented. The minute you step in you feel their attitude.

I have been to chipotles all over The country and this is by far the worst. I can’t speak enough about how miserable the employees are and how much they seem to hate their jobs. Nothing is done with any customer service in mind. Strange when you consider dc is one of the busiest areas and you would think well trained regions in the country. Management needs to be seriously looked at for this location. There has to be something wrong from the top down. Just an awful experience every time I go. Employees laughed at me when I complained and asked for assistance

I asked for a bowl of rice and beans that is supposed to be 2.75 plus tax, in some places 4.75 max for the extra beans, but the manager at this location was charging me 9 dollars! That's the price of a full bowlFood: 1/5

At every other location the extra rice is free, but here the manager charged me much more because she said they charge for every scoopFood: 1/5

This location is often really slow with service even when they aren’t busy. Almost all of the proteins they had out for service this morning were dried out and clearly left over from the night before. They also just ran out of white rice and rather than making the standard cilantro lime rice they just dumped white rice from the rice cooker onto the service line and started using that. Each chipotle is different… but this is definitely not one of the better ones

Classic Chipotle, if you have been to one before you know what you will get. As far as Chipotle's go this is a good one, fast service and good food. I have been at least 10 times and keep coming back. Only strange aspect is the parking which can be slightly inconvenient, but worth the trip.

I ordered a protein lifestyle bowl ahead of time and while it was on time for the 12pm pickup time, there was no way there was 70g worth of protein in it. I counted maybe 4 little chunks of chicken and steak each. Massively ripped off, not coming back here.
