Chipotle Mexican Grill

I like coming the most to this chipotle to the fact that they give you way more food than other corporations in other areas i recommend . Go in the 2 or 3 pm that crew is great workers friendly environment . I order a burrito and came out to be a great size that they had to wrapped twice with the flour tortilla and i didnt add any extra . Burrito was wrapped correctly .

Chipotle is Chipotle. What differs from time to time is the amount of food served. This particular evening the portion of steak in a steak bowl was pretty *small*.Food: 4/5

Chipotle has been noticeably going downhill for the last 10 years or so. Can't remember the last time I went there and wasn't disappointed.Food: 3/5

Hit or miss location. Place is really dirty, stations a mess, food under cooked or they stiff you on portion size. Wait is always pretty quick even with a super long line. Chorizo and other speciality meats may not be in stock at times. Best to get to the front and ask ahead to see if they'll have what you want

The only reason why this place gets any customers is because it's the only one near UMD. everytime I get a burrito here it always ends up being smaller, sloppier, and more poorly wrapped than the last. I hate that this is the only chipotle I have Access to, I really makes me think about the time I've spent in highschool and how things could have been if I went to a BETTER university, with, most importantly, a BETTER CHIPOTLE. This cs program doesn't even seem worth it if all my burritos are gonna be 1 star disappointments for the next 4 years. This chipotle makes me want to graduate early. This chipotle makes me want to work harder so I can transfer to a better school with a better chipotle. This chipotle is a personal representation of failure. Definitely deserves 0 stars, but 1 star will have to do for now.

Never buy a lemonade from this location. It absolutely tastes like water and they never gave me my change back.

Lines are usually really short during the off season when school is not in. Food has always been fresh but sometimes they hire people and put them on the chipotle line without being really trained but cant deduct it a star over that but I come here often so may change if anything changes

My family has ordered take out orders a half a dozen times from this location. Our order has never been correct. NEVER. This time we ordered two burritos and a bowl. We received three bowls. And the one bowl we did order was a vegetarian bowl, but they left off the guacamole. I tried to complain less publicly by calling the store, but they do not accept calls. I suggest ordering from the Hyattsville location. We will do that next time. Fingers crossed it’s less of a disaster.

Good service, I had a Veg burrito. They were short of corn but overall good.

The restaurant owner/ manager whatever he is named Manie was very rude and disrespectful, I saw him talking down to one of his employees and I would hate working there. I don’t know how he got his position but corporate needs to handle him.
