Came here shortly before close since it was one of the last restaurants open in the area. Great food and generous helpings. Drink selection was very nice and staff was very thoughtful and considerate. Price was very good, we were able to split two entrees and one side among two people. Service was very quick and attentive. Will come back.
One of the worst panda express in MD. I tried to get a white rice for my side but they don't have it and they serve really small portion for entrees and probably save the rest for the employees to bring the food home. Never coming back to this location what a joke.
With chain restaurants, you *should* be able to expect consistency across locations, but it's rarely the case. There are worse ones where the portions are small and the staff would rather be anywhere but there. But this location has yet to disappoint. The portions are always generous, the staff nice, and the food fresh. The store is nice and bright and has a lot of seating, too.
Got there before 9:20 and they had already put away all the food and were closing. Would not let me order
IThe portion size of the food is great. It's always nice and chill in there. Food is often times fresh.
I am providing two stars instead of one because the restaurant was clean. The customer service is absolutely terrible. The employee was very rude when taking my spouse and I order.
Me and two other guys work in College Park, Maryland about 3 days a week and we go to the Panda Express at 7316 Baltimore Ave, College Park, MD 20740.I normally go pick up the food and go back to the job site for our lunch break. I always look at the receipt and see where you can do the survey to get a free entree. So a few weeks ago while eating lunch I did the survey. I received a code for a free entree. When I used the code on 9/29/2021 at this location first of all they didn't want me to even use it. 2nd they picked the entree even though it wasn't anything I even eat or asked for. 3rd it was in a tiny container and was no where near the size of the entree you get when you order a bowl, plate, etc. When I commented on this they just started ringing up the order like I wasn't even talking. Then one of the 2 plate orders the charged for a 3 plate because of the free entree$9.80 instead of $8.30 plus another $1.25 because what she picked was consider a premium entree. I ordered 3 meals and some drinks and even after they acted this way about the free entree and disrespect for the customer. When I said they charged for a 3 plate plus a premium entree they did and said everything they could except saying they charged me for something that was supposed to be free. She said well I gave you pepper steak which is one of our more expensive entree. I didn't want that to begin with, I wanted string bean chicken. After going back and forth she finally rang it up the right way. Except i still had an entree I didn't want that was super tiny. If it wasn't for this food being for 2 other guys and not having the time to go anywhere else without losing out time for our lunch break I would have gave the food back and left. They have lost 3 customers that came to the store 3 days a week over what was supposed to be just 1 free entree. Imagine what that free entree even costs Panda Express, almost nothing at all. I just did the survey because I thought it was cool that they wanted to reward customers for choosing their place to eat. They just wanted a good review instead. Very sad
Little over 8pm. Not much ppl inside in line and dine in. Fast trip.Food: 5/5
Ordered delivery, food was all horribly smushed! Into one plate. Other Panda Express’s put the 5th item into a separate box, but this location is the only that decided to cramp it all in there making it visibly unappetizing. For that reason I threw all the 4 plates away!! In VA they make customer satisfaction a priority but in this Baltimore Ave location they don’t care about the customer just themselves!!!!
Ordered some fried rice with beyond original orange chicken and honey walnut shrimp. The orange chicken was dry and tasted like tofu, bland and boring. The fried rice tasted like it had a pound of salt on it. Shrimp was only thing I could finish.
