Chunn's Alterations & Shoe/Luggage Repair

Told me it would be 16$ to hem 2 pairs of pants. When I showed up to pick them up he insisted it was 26$ and would only take cash.... Sketchy

My wife took two dresses here to have them taken in on the sides. The gentleman was very nice and helpful. We asked how much it would be and he didn't know and said he would have to ask "the boss" (his wife). Well, when I went to pick them up it was $115.00. I was blown away at that price. We typically paid about $30 for the same alteration in the past. If that price was made known at the time we dropped them off we would not have had the alteration completed.

I took a sport coat in to have the sleeves tailored on a Saturday. It took a week and they charged $45. When I went too pick it up on The next Saturday morning (to wear the next day), there was a 2x2" sign on the door "Be back Mon 9am". There were two other customers behind be in the same position. If they'd let me know, i could have picked it up Friday. These owners charge too much, take too long, and obviously just don't give a damn.

Took in a pair of Frye boots, the heels had worn down and seen better days. My experience was awesome, they were repaired on time and the service was great. They look really good and the price was super reasonable. A great local business to support!

Very rude. Was trying to ask another question and he hung up on me. Doesn't deserve my business.
