This is the worst place to come get your cloths done, she is rude arrogant... I thought that the costumer is always right but this lady wanted to make my dress her way. But when I said I don't want it that way she said "it does not make any sense" either you don't understand English or you too damn arrogant and rude. I can't stand how she treated me. My God am paying you and if you are a tailor you should be listening to your costumer and you should know that you super old, and young and vibrant and whatever you telling me how to fix / alter my dress will not work for me!!!! Damn she is a b*****

I was in need of a tailor and decided to give Kim's Tailor a visit. Upon entry, the waiting area was clean, but very barren with limited to virtually no seating. The store associates were friendly and greeted me in a welcoming manner. However, there was ZERO willingness to have my business or lend assistance of any kind. While I was there, I saw them turn down two customers, for reasons that sounded like an excuse and simply the lack of willingness to get the job done. All I needed was my button-down to be fitted, and before I knew it, she too had told me it looks fine and doesn't think I should alter it! I respect the opinion, but if I took the drive and entered a tailor shop, I obviously wish to have my shirt adjusted! I appreciate the friendliness, but my time and business was not valued in any way. Disappointed that such great potential is wasted with a "cherry-picking" attitude of the clients and work they wish to accept. I recommend going somewhere your time and business is actually valued.
