I see the poor review lately, and I would have surely inquired because knowing Sonia, she would have surely offered a reason. Had to be some miscommunication because my experiences have been just amazing. Kind, thoughtful, has offered different options on many different alterations I've needed. Timely, the prices were very, very reasonable (from what I've experienced from other KC shops). There is no reason to shop elsewhere. I highly recommend. (note: not family, nor family-friend, nor asked to review in any way)

Highly recommended. Alterations are a breeze, very fast and the price was reasonable. Sonia is a gem.

Took a dress to have the straps shortened was told it would be around $15 but she would need to check with her co-worker and they would call me with a price. A week went by with no phone call and when I called back I was told it would be $45 with no explanation on why the amount was 3 times the previous amount and when I asked why I didn't receive a phone call she asked me what did I expect. When I went to pick up the dress there was no clasp on the back like they said there would be. I have no idea what the $45 went towards and at that point I was fed up and just wanted to leave. I will never go back there.
