10/10 churros I don’t give it 5 stars anymore because the hours they open and close are different everyday, very inconsistent. Probably why they don’t get as many people as they would if they were consistent.
I loveeeeee this restaurant! The food is amazing and inexpensive! I’ve been to this place so many times and I’ve never been disappointed! This hidden gem is in the Columbia Heights neighborhood of DC. Very much worth the trip! The upstairs area turns into a dance floor after hours on the weekends. An all around great experience!
We came here for late night Churros cravings - the churros were fresh and tasty and inexpensive. We ordered them to go - perfect for sweet cravings late at night.
I stopped coming in here when I noticed they have a big picture of Bukele right by the entrance a dictator. The food was alright, I’ve definitely had better Spanish food elsewhere.
Great food at an affordable price. Everyone kids included liked the food and we look forward to are next visit.
It’s hard to find churros in DC, so I appreciate this place. Good value for price! Note that despite the place’s name, they actually have a ton of savory foods; the focus is not on churros or other desserts.
I only went for the Churros with chocolate! They were delicious very similar to what you can find in Spain and South America but they need to improve the chocolate
Have tried going twice, once the week of thanksgiving and the second time on 27 December, at different times of the day, and it has been closed both times. Am I missing something? Is this place still open?
The food was good, but the atmosphere has gone down. There was also a roach on the counter where they put the food for pickup.Food: 3/5
We visit this restaurant 5 years ago, we are in Washington again on vacation so today we went to the restaurant again, the food was really good, the churros are a must.
