Chuy's

This place was very crowded, food was mediocre, my fiance and I went for dinner on Friday night. We ordered guacamole and chips which was around 8 dollars and that's a pretty normal pice when ordering it fresh to come to you the second they make it. I could tell it was from a bag or container, hardly any in the bowl pretty gross. My rice was a day old and hard. My fiance did have pretty decent steak fajitas, the tortillas were good and seemed homemade. Would not come again, overpriced for what the food quality was. Couldn't understand why there were so many people there. It was colorful and fun though that's why I have it the two stars.

Excellent food, excellent drinks, excellent service. Went in at 9 they close at 10, and they were happy to seat us; we had a group of 12. After a 12 hour day of diving all we wanted to do was have a drink and eat food, we did not expect what we received. The waitress was amazing, she could be the flashes sister with the way she was running around. Not only that but the rest of the staff helped her out and were just as accomodating. One of the best places I've been in a very long time, would give more stars if they had the option.

Great food and Great service. The chips are thin and crispy. You and get several toppings for your food from very spicy to mild. The service is fast and friendly. Be prepared to wait during the peak times. It is worth the wait.

Great service! Taylor was friendly and very informative. The guacamole, salsa and homemade chips were amazing. The stuffed avocado and homemade flour tortillas were alone enough of a reason to make a repeat trip when I’m passing through Gainesville next. Taylor even pointed out the story of the original Chuy’s that was on back of the menu. It was a great experience!

What a great place. People/servers are wonderful. We had Kelly and she was beyond kind and thoughtful. We had not been here yet and Kelly brought out a sampling of All of the sauces they use for their dishes. The food was hot, fresh and delicious. Great and very reasonable prices. Good sized portions. Go and have a savory meal, surrounded by fun, interesting and relaxing enviroment. Well worth it.
